TerahJay's debut EP "Never Imagined" is a concept album that explores possibilities, potentialities, and futures for Black Faculty in the U.S. Academy and Black people more broadly.

The tracks, all sonically resonate as film scores, explore TerahJay's personal academic journey and the tension of being an artist and academic. In addition interludes featuring Black scholars, producers, and artists enrich and give context to the musical selections across the work.
