I had the opportunity to observe Dr. TJ as a trainer, speaker, and workshop facilitator when he was at the Ohio State University. When I was working for the Columbus VA, we invited him to facilitate a professional development workshop to help the various social workers in our department learn about and develop their leadership styles.

Dr. Stewart was the Women's Resource Center at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee's Sexual Assault Awareness Distinguished Speaker. Our audience members were actively engaged throughout the session due to Dr. Stewart's interactive presentation style and his dynamic speaking ability.
We received numerous comments regarding Dr. Stewart's use of a variety of techniques that kept them engaged while providing new understandings of who is included in discussions of sexual violence prevention and response practices. Those in attendance have demanded that Dr. Stewart return to campus !
